Chicken with Honey-Orange Glaze
Difficulty Level: Medium
Equipment: Baking dish, cutting board, measuring spoons, measuring cups.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
6 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 cup frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
1/3 cup melted butter
Combine the flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with the flour mixture, shaking off excess flour. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken breasts.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, basting occasionally.
