Toasted Cheese Sandwich
Difficulty Level: Easy
Equipment: Frying pan, spatula.
This recipe can be used on regular bread or pita-you choose!!!
Ingredients:
2 slices American cheese
2 slices white or wheat bread slices
Soft butter or margarine
Put two slices of American cheese between two white or wheat bread slices. Over low heat, melt a small amount (a teaspoon or so) of butter in the frying pan. Add the sandwich, and when the bread is brown on one side (you may peek!), lift the sandwich with a spatula, add another pat of butter, and turn the sandwich over. When the second side is brown the cheese should be gooey... and the sandwich ready to eat!
