Tuna Pita Pockets

Makes 3-4 pockets
Difficulty Level: Easy
Equipment: Small bowl, measuring spoons, spoon or fork for mixing, knife.
Ingredients:
1 can (7 oz.) chunk-style tuna, drained
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped ripe olives (optional)
Dash pepper
2 (1-oz.) pita breads
Combine all ingredients except pita breads. Cut each bread round in half and stuff with the filling.
