Hot Cocoa Mix
Difficulty Level: Easy
Equipment: Dry measuring cups, measuring spoons, airtight container with lid, liquid measuring cup, tea-kettle, teaspoon for stirring.
Ingredients:
4 cups powdered dry milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup non-dairy creamer
Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container.
When ready to use, for each serving add 1/3 cup mix to 1 cup hot water. Stir well and enjoy! This powdered cocoa can be stored for several months in the airtight container.
